Carousel Capital (Carousel) has announced the first and final closing of its sixth buyout fund, Carousel Capital Partners VI, LP (Fund VI) at its hard cap of US$700 million. Carousel completed the raising of Fund VI in just over two months.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Carousel in the transaction with an Investment Funds team led by New York partner Matthew Chase, with associates Erin Bergey, Connor Ross, and Michelle Aizin. New York partner Gregory Hannibal, with associate Valentin Riazanov, advised on tax matters.
