Bitwise Asset Management, the world’s largest cryptocurrency index fund manager, has announced the completion of its US$70 Million Series B, which bring the company’s valuation to US$500 million. The proceeds from its Series B round are expected to strengthen its balance sheet and accelerate the national buildout of its organization, team, and product suite.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Bitwise Asset Management in the financing with a Bay Area-based corporate deal team led by partner Miles Jennings, with associate Adam Zuckerman.
