Bad Boy Mowers, a portfolio company of the Sterling Group and TorQuest Partners, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hustler Turf Equipment from Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK). The acquisition is a milestone in the zero-turn mowers industry as two of the category’s marquee brands move forward together.
