Latham & Watkins advised Atomico as lead investor in the Series A round of FabricNano, raising US$12.5 million. FabricNano has developed a cell-free way of manufacturing alternatives to fossil fuel-based plastic and chemicals, much more cheaply and at greater scale than has been possible before.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Shing Lo and Mike Turner, with associate Samantha Peacock. Advice on US matters was provided by New York partner Peyton Worley with associates Andrew Modell and Dian Yu.
