Latham & Watkins LLP advised Ascential plc (Ascential), the specialist information, analytics, and eCommerce optimization company, on the acquisition of Sellics GmbH (Sellics), a business which provides media execution services to challenger brands trading on Amazon. Sellics will be merged into challenger brand specialist Perpetua, within Ascential’s Digital Commerce business unit. Terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
