Alphatec Holdings, Inc, a provider of innovative spine surgery solutions dedicated to revolutionizing the approach to spine surgery, has announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 11,428,570 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of US$8.75 per share.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the offering with a capital markets team led by New York partners Nathan Ajiashvili and Michael Benjamin, with associates Matt DeSilva and Laura Harper.
