Teleperformance Group, Inc. has announced that it has acquired PSG Global Solutions, LLC, a US-based leader in partial cycle recruitment process outsourcing, from its management and private investors, for US$300 million. The transaction was fully financed with cash on hand, and closed on October 27, 2022.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Teleperformance in the transaction with a deal team led by partner Teri O’Brien.
