Latham & Watkins advised One Equity Partners in its definitive agreement to make a major strategic investment in Infobip, a global cloud communications platform for the world’s largest enterprises.
This is the first outside capital raised by Infobip and it positions the high-growth business to build its presence in the North American market and accelerate its growth through strategic acquisitions.
The Latham team was led by New York corporate partner Tom Malone and London corporate partner Farah O’Brien, with London associates Katie Peek and Antonina Semyachkova.
