Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures on the £3.3 million pre-seed funding round of Sidekick, a digital active investment manager.
Octopus Ventures led the round, with participation from Seedcamp and Semantic, as well as angel investors.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Samantha Peacock.
