Latham & Watkins has advised Notion Capital as lead investor in the £17.5 million Series A funding round of Ferovinum, a funding and supply chain platform for wine and spirits businesses.
The round was led by Notion Capital with additional participation from Shapers VC, Semapa Next, and Ferovinum’s existing shareholder group.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Timi Afolami.
