Cross-border team represents lead investor on funding round of SaaS service company.
Latham & Watkins has advised Atomico as lead investor on the US$30 million Series B funding round of Raycast, a SaaS service company providing productivity tools to developers and users.
The round was led by Atomico with additional participation from Accel, Coatue, and Atlassian Ventures.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo and Boston partner Emily Taylor, with London associates Jonathan Lin and Lucy McEvoy, and New York associate Alex Bernstein.
