Latham & Watkins has advised Index Ventures on the US$12 million Series A funding round of Loctax, a collaborative tax orchestration platform.
The round was led by Index Ventures, with participation from existing investors including Cavalry Ventures and Seedcamp, as well as new angel investors.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Samantha Si.
