Advice was also provided on employment and benefits matters by partner Austin Ozawa, with associate Megan Alessi; on tax matters by partner Matthew Dewitz, with associate Michael Syku; and on intellectual property matters by partner Jeffrey Tochner, with associate Caroline Herald.
