Latham & Watkins has advised Inter Media and Communication S.p.A., sole manager and operator of the media, broadcasting, and sponsorship business of FC Internazionale Milano S.p.A., on its successful institutional offering of €415 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2027. The proceeds from the offering were used to repay its existing notes and Inter’s revolving credit facility. Following the issuance and settlement, the notes have been listed on the Euro MTF market organized and managed by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
