Latham & Watkins has advised Evos on its €485 million financing through Evos Finance B.V., which will refinance part of its current debt facilities under its existing common terms platform.
The refinancing was executed through the issuance of new bank debt to replace debt maturing in the near term, and through a new revolving credit facility for general corporate purposes, including the funding of planned growth capex. This refinancing reinforces the long-term future of Evos, a leading European liquid tank storage business, ensuring that Evos can continue its successful growth and development.
The Latham team was led by London infrastructure partners Conrad Andersen and Amanda Fortuna, with London associates Dayo Ogunsola and Ashwyn Aulak.
