CNX Resources Corporation (CNX) announced the pricing of US$200.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.250% senior notes due 2027 at a price of 103.5% of par with an effective yield of 6.34%. The sale of the notes to the initial purchasers is expected to settle on September 22, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
