Latham & Watkins has advised Cercli, an AI-powered HR system and workforce platform, on its US$12 million Series A funding round.
The round was led by Picus Capital, with existing investors YCombinator, Afore Capital, and Cotu Ventures, alongside a number of angel investors.
The Latham team was led by Dubai corporate partners Eyad Latif and Omar Maayeh, with associate Stephanie Dang.
