Latham Advises Alphatec Spine in Revolving Credit Facility

Alphatec Holdings, Inc. (Alphatec) (NASDAQ: ATEC), a medical technology company focused on the design, development, and advancement of products for the surgical treatment of spinal disorders associated with disease and degeneration, congenital deformities, and trauma, has announced the close of an asset-based revolving credit facility in the maximum aggregate amount of US$50 million.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Alphatec in the transaction with a team led by Bay Area/Los Angeles partner Elizabeth Oh, Bay Area partner Haim Zaltzman, Bay Area associate Tony Noh, and Los Angeles associate Nick Eberhart.
