Latham & Watkins has advised 888 Holdings Plc on its placing that raised gross proceeds of approximately £162.9 million. The proceeds will be used to partially finance the Company’s acquisition of the international (non-US) business of William Hill as announced on 9 September 2022. The acquisition is expected to close in June 2022.
