Latham & Watkins has advised Astorg on the signing of a binding agreement with Alpha Private Equity whereby Astorg will acquire IPCOM, a pan-European leading B2B specialty distributor of technical and building insulation products.
The Latham Paris team was led by corporate partners Thomas Forschbach, Alexander Crosthwaite, and Simon Lange, with corporate associates Julia Lefevre and Lorraine Dorval.
