
Kirkland & Ellis counseled PDQ, a leading provider of IT asset management software, and its existing investor, TA Associates, in connection with a significant growth investment in PDQ by Berkshire Partners, a multi-sector specialist investor in private and public equity. TA Associates and Berkshire Partners, together with PDQ’s founders and executive management, will seek to bolster PDQ’s innovation capabilities as PDQ strategically expands its portfolio of easy-to-use IT asset management and scanning software solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
