
Kirkland & Ellis advises funds advised by Apax Partners LLP (Apax) on the recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Kin and Carta plc, a global DX consultancy. The acquisition will be implemented by a newly formed company owned by Apax and values Kin and Carta’s ordinary share capital at approximately £203 million on a fully diluted basis.
