Kirkland & Ellis advised Silversmith Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm, on its majority growth investment in JetNet, a leading provider of aviation data and market intelligence. The partnership with Silversmith will enable JetNet to expand its product footprint, invest in sales and marketing, and scale the team. JetNet is also looking at international expansion and potential acquisitions, with a portion of Silversmith’s capital commitment beyond its initial investment earmarked for M&A.
