Kirkland & Ellis advised KKR, a leading global investment firm, on its acquisition of Flow Control Group, a leading distributor of mission-critical flow control and industrial automation products, from Bertram Capital. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Jennifer Perkins, Andrew Arons and Francisco Morales Barron and associates Aidan Murphy and Julianna Debler, debt finance partners Eric Wedel and Ryan Rafferty, and tax partners Mike Beinus and Vivek Ratnam.
