Kirkland & Ellis advised Interior Logic Group (“ILG”), a portfolio company of Blackstone (NYSE:BX), on its acquisition of Select Interior Concept’s, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIC) Residential Design Services segment (“RDS,”), for approximately $215 million. ILG is a leading, data-driven and technology-enabled provider of interior design, supply chain and installation management solutions to several of the nation’s largest single-family homebuilders. Select Interior Concepts is a premier installer and distributor of interior building products. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close mid-2021.
