Kirkland & Ellis is advising China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, as financial adviser to Shenzhen EVOC Intelligence Technology Company Limited, on its proposed privatization of EVOC Intelligent Technology Company Limited (HKSE: 2308), a PRC-incorporated company that develops, manufactures and distributes special computer products. The privatization, which will be implemented by way of a merger by absorption, was announced on August 8, 2022.
