Kirkland & Ellis advises Bain Capital Tech Opportunities and HGGC in their investment in Buildertrend, the leading provider of cloud-based software for homebuilders, remodelers and specialty contractors, which was announced today. The investment will accelerate Buildertrend’s growth and expand the services it provides to customers. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
