Kirkland advised TPG Rise Climate, the dedicated climate investing strategy of TPG’s global impact investing platform TPG Rise, and The Rise Fund, on their investment in Monolith Materials, which produces clean hydrogen and carbon black using a commercial-scale methane pyrolysis process. The investment was made in connection with the completion of an equity raise by Monolith of $300 million.
