Kirkland & Ellis advised Gates Frontier in connection with its additional investment in TerraPower, a leading nuclear innovation company, in a fundraising round co-led by Gates Frontier and SK Inc. and SK Innovation, that will yield at least $750 million to further TerraPower’s work in advanced nuclear energy technologies and medicine.
