Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners and its portfolio company SecureLink, the leader in vendor privileged access management (VPAM), on SecureLink’s strategic investment from Cove Hill Partners. Upon closing, Cove Hill will become SecureLink’s majority owners, with Vista Equity Partners maintaining a minority stake in the company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
