Kirkland Advises Unified Women’s Healthcare on Partnership with CCRM Fertility

Kirkland & Ellis advised Unified Women’s Healthcare on its strategic partnership with CCRM Fertility, a leading network in fertility care and research. Unified is a practice management platform in women’s healthcare backed by Altas Partners, funds managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management and Oak HC/FT. Financial terms of the transaction, which was announced on June 18, 2021, were not disclosed.
