Kirkland & Ellis counseled Transom Capital Group, a leading operations-focused middle market private equity firm, on its acquisition of the Bose Professional Division from Bose Corporation. With this transaction, Transom will assume ownership of the Bose Professional businesses, which provide audio products, systems, and services designed for commercial and professional applications. The transaction closed on April 1, 2023.
