Latham & Watkins has advised Summit Partners, a global alternative investment firm, on its majority growth investment in Doctrine, alongside Peugeot Invest.
The investment aims to support Doctrine, a leading provider of legal intelligence solutions, in its international development and to build a leader in AI-powered legal intelligence.
The Latham Paris team was led by corporate partners Gaëtan Gianasso and Simon Lange, with corporate associate Jacek Urban. Advice was provided on tax matters by partner Xavier Renard and associate Hugo Matricon.
