Kirkland & Ellis advised TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm, on its definitive agreement to make a strategic growth investment in Clearlake-backed Ivanti, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise-grade intelligent IT management and security software solutions. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the second half of 2020 pending customary regulatory approvals, were not disclosed.
