Kirkland & Ellis is advising TA Associates and the consortium vehicle on the acquisition of Unit4, a global leader in enterprise cloud software for people-centric organizations from Advent International for a transaction value in excess of $2 billion. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in early summer of 2021.
