Kirkland & Ellis counseled Swallowtail Royalties LLC and Swallowtail Royalties II LLC on the definitive purchase and sale agreement with Viper Energy Partners LP (NASDAQ:VNOM), a subsidiary of Diamondback Energy, Inc.
