Kirkland & Ellis advised Silversmith Capital Partners on its lead role in a $55 million Series A funding round for Constructor, the leader in eCommerce search and product discovery solutions. As part of the investment, Silversmith General Partner Sri Rao will join Constructor’s Board of Directors.
