Kirkland & Ellis advised Silversmith Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm with $1.1 billion of capital under management, on its investment in Within3, the leading enterprise-wide solution for life science collaboration and communication. Silversmith invested alongside Insight Partners in a transaction that saw Within3 raise in excess of $100 million in growth capital. The company will use the new capital to accelerate product innovation, build infrastructure to outpace growing demand, and fuel international expansion.
