Kirkland Advises Rhodium on Merger With SilverSun and Will List on NASDAQ

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Rhodium Enterprises, Inc., an industrial-scale digital asset technology company utilizing proprietary technologies to mine bitcoin, on its definitive agreement to merge with SilverSun Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SSNT), a national provider of transformational business technology solutions and services. Rhodium is one of the largest bitcoin miners in the United States. Rhodium plans to list on NASDAQ via this merger with SilverSun.
