Kirkland & Ellis advised Reorg, a leading global provider of data, analytics and intelligence for the credit markets, in connection with a strategic investment by funds advised by Permira, a global private equity firm. As part of the transaction, Warburg Pincus will sell its majority shareholding in Reorg to Permira, and the Reorg team will retain a significant ownership interest. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
