Kirkland & Ellis is advising Partners Group on their investment alongside Montagu in connection with the acquisition of HTL Biotechnology. HTL Biotechnology is an international, fast-growing biotech and industrial firm leading the development and production of innovative pharmaceutical grade biopolymers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Vincent Ponsonnaille, Emmanuel Enrici and Tom McCarthy and associate Francois Capoul.
