Kirkland & Ellis advised AppHub, an ecommerce enablement platform and portfolio company of Silversmith Capital Partners, on its acquisition of REVIEWS.io. REVIEWS.io helps businesses enhance the power of their customers’ voices to increase sales and build brand trust using its review, loyalty, survey and user-generated content (UGC) solution. Fueled by a $60 million growth investment from Silversmith Capital Partners, on which Kirkland also advised, the deal marks AppHub’s eighth and largest acquisition to date. As part of the acquisition, REVIEWS.io co-founder Callum McKeefery will join the AppHub Board.
