The SPAC was sponsored by World Quantum Growth Acquisition LLC, a Cayman Islands limited liability company controlled by a group of high-calibre executives led by Xavier Rolet KBE, former CEO of The London Stock Exchange Group, and including Serge Harry, Antoine Shagoury and Michel Brogard.
