Kirkland & Ellis is advising Macquarie Capital Principal Finance (“Macquarie”) as sole lender in connection with the amendment and restatement of facilities provided to Basware Oyj as borrower. The transaction supports Macquarie’s position as lender with revised covenants and an enhanced credit support package. It also strengthens Macquarie’s relationship with Basware Oyj as a principal financing provider. Basware Oyj is a Finnish software company selling enterprise software for financial processes, purchase to pay and financial management and is listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki.
