Kirkland & Ellis advised Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) on its sale of HomeVestors of America to Bayview Asset Management, LLC, a global investment management firm focused specifically on investments in finance, mortgage and consumer credit. HomeVestors is a real estate investment franchisor, providing services and education to franchisees seeking to operate their own independent, residential real estate investment business. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
