Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners LLC in the sale of its portfolio company Jonathan Engineered Solutions (“JES”) to JLL Partners LLC. JES is a global market leader in the design and manufacturing of highly engineered steel and aluminum mechanical components for defense, commercial and industrial end markets. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
