
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Project California Bidco Limited, a newly-formed vehicle, indirectly wholly-owned by Kofax Parent Limited and a portfolio company of funds advised by Thoma Bravo, on the recommended all cash offer for the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Tungsten Corporation Plc. The acquisition values Tungsten’s entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital at approximately £53.7 million on a fully diluted basis.
Tungsten is a global provider of electronic invoicing and accounts payable automation solutions, digitising the invoicing process and improving workflow automation for its customers.
