Kirkland & Ellis counseled Indigo Natural Resources LLC on its definitive merger agreement with Southwestern Energy Company for total consideration to Indigo’s equity holders (including assumption of debt) of $2.7 billion. This will extend the scale of Southwestern’s presence across two premier U.S. natural gas basins.
