Kirkland & Ellis is advising GIC, alongside Hellman & Friedman and funds and accounts managed by BlackRock Private Equity Partners, on its investment to acquire an aggregate shareholding of up to 13% in Belron, the world’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement group. The transaction values Belron at an enterprise value of EUR 21 billion.
