Kirkland & Ellis advised Banner Ventures Management, a Utah-based private equity firm, on its co-lead investment in a Series B funding round in MANSCAPED, the global men’s lifestyle consumer brand and male grooming category creator. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Dan Daines, Rodin Hai-Jew and Travis Nelson and associates Mike Telford, Ashley Wasden, Jordan Franks and Andrew Daniels. The team also included tax partners Devin Heckman and David Morris.
